It is not possible anymore to download Characters, have logged that bug since the appearance of Other assets are not a problem, only the Characters. Thanks Lieve. I tested this on my system and I am getting this issue too.

Although with my second try I am able to download the characters. This could be an issue with the Assets server. I reported a bug regarding this.
